Warranty

Reveni Labs products come with a 1 year limited warranty.

The warranty covers verifiable defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries, packaging and mechanical components which are subject to normal wear and tear are excluded. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by improper use, use which does not comply with the product specifications, negligence, tampering, failure to observe warnings outlined in the Light Meter User Manual, accident or abnormal operating conditions, nor consequential costs of any sort.

Failure to observe the rules and warnings outlined in the Light Meter User Manual will void the warranty. This warranty is offered in good faith and Reveni Labs expects customers seeking warranty service act in kind.

Reveni Labs reserves the right to request evidence of failure prior to offering warranty service. Reveni Labs reserves the right to ask the customer return their product for repair when appropriate, and will only replace product without return at their discretion. The customer is required to pay the shipping to Reveni Labs for repair, and Reveni Labs may refuse warranty service if the returned item is insufficiently protected against shipping damage. If Reveni Labs is unable to find an issue with the returned item, Reveni Labs may request the customer pay for return shipping as well.

Repairs

Reveni Labs will provide repair services for it’s products as long as it is able to do so; this will only be limited by availability of parts and materials.

Reveni Labs will require that the customer provide the extent of the damage and heed the recommendation of Reveni Labs with regards to whether repair is possible. If repair is not possible Reveni Labs will recommend the customer purchase a replacement, if they wish. Reveni Labs will do it’s best to provide an accurate estimate of repair cost prior to the customer sending in their product for repair.

The customer will pay for shipping to and from Reveni Labs and Reveni Labs will only ship upon receipt of payment. Reveni Labs will provide a 90-day warranty on repair work.

Returns and Refunds

Reveni Labs wishes to offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. To this end, care must be taken to ensure that the returns policy is not misused.

The request for return and refund must be accompanied with an order number as proof of purchase.

Return shipping will be covered by the customer and when the item is inspected by Reveni Labs to ensure it is in working condition, a refund will administered, minus original shipping fees.

The returned item must arrive in saleable condition or a refund will not be provided.

The request to return must be initiated within 30 days of original order delivery.

Foreign taxes, duties or other fees associated with purchasing any Reveni Labs product are not the responsibility of Reveni Labs and will not be reimbursed under any circumstance.
